Common use of Allowance of Interest Clause in Contracts

Allowance of Interest. The Trustee may, but shall not be obligated to, allow and credit interest upon any moneys which it may at any time receive under any of the provisions of this Indenture, at such rate, if any, as it customarily allows upon similar funds of similar size and under similar conditions. All interest allowed on any such moneys shall be credited as provided in Articles IV and V with respect to interest on investments.
