ALLOWANCES FOR OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. In the event the bottom elevation is raised, the Department shall be entitled to a credit in accordance with Sections 4.2 CHANGES, 4.4, PRICE ADJUSTMENT and 4.5, ALLOWANCES FOR OVERHEAD AND PROFIT.
