Allowed Use of Funds. Recipient agrees to use the Funds for the specific purposes, programs and activities set forth on Exhibit “A”, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. No other uses of the Funds are allowed, unless the Recipient receives prior written approval from the City. Recipient shall use the Funds during the Term.
