Alpha Opportunities Fund. Effective June 1, 2013, the Adviser voluntarily agrees to reduce its advisory fee that would be payable by the Alpha Opportunities Fund (after giving effect to asset-based breakpoints) by 0.03% of the Alpha Opportunities Fund's average daily net assets. The Adviser may terminate this voluntary waiver at any time upon notice to the Alpha Opportunities Fund.
