Common use of Alteration by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Alteration by Landlord. Landlord shall use its best efforts to minimize interference with or disruption to City’s use and occupancy of the Premises during any alterations, installations, additions or improvements to the Building or the Adjacent Premises, including without limitation any leasehold improvement work for other tenants in the Building. Landlord shall promptly remedy any such interference or disruption upon receiving City’s notice thereof.
