Common use of Alteration, Etc Clause in Contracts

Alteration, Etc. No waiver, amendment, modification, or alteration of any provision of this Security Agreement (individually, an “Alteration”), nor consent to any departure by Debtor from the terms hereof, or from the terms of any other document, is effective unless such is in writing and signed by Debtor and the Secured Party; and any such Alteration is effective only for the specific purpose and in the specific instance given. No waiver by Secured Party of any Event of Default shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent Event of Default; nor shall such waiver be deemed to be a continuing waiver. No delay of Secured Party in exercising any right shall be deemed to be a waiver thereof, nor shall one exercise of any right affect or impair the exercise of any other right.
