Common use of Alteration of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Alteration of Contracts. If the relevant Exchange, Clearing House or Broker requires any terms or conditions of any Contract matching a Client Contract (including the Assets subject to it) to be altered, we may take all actions as may, in our absolute discretion, be necessary, desirable or expedient to comply with such requirements or to avoid or mitigate loss resulting from any alteration. All actions taken by us will be binding on you, and any alteration will be deemed incorporated into the corresponding Client Contract. We shall notify you of any alteration (in advance, where reasonably practicable).
