ALTERATION OF DELIVERY TIME. If the construction of the VESSEL is affected by any arbitration, the SELLER shall be permitted to extend the Contract Delivery Date in accordance with the arbitration award if the award includes a finding as to what extent the SELLER shall be permitted to extend the Contract Delivery Date.
