ALTERATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement may be altered by the Tenant only by written agreement signed by both of the parties or by operation of law. This Agreement may be altered by the Owner by written agreement signed by both of the parties, by operation of law or in any manner provided for by the Mobilehome Residency Law or other applicable law.

Except for the amount of Rent and the duration of this Agreement, each provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a Rule and Regulation, as well, and may be amended, modified, or otherwise changed and enforced as a Rule and Regulation under the Mobilehome Residency Law.
