Alteration of Weighted Votes. The Director may at any time by notice to the Executive Committee alter the calculation of Weighted Votes set out in Clauses 11.2.1 and 11.2.2 and/or the restrictions on Weighted Votes set out in Clause 11.4 if in his opinion such alteration is required to achieve fair representation for all Pool Members.
