Processing Fee At the time each Advance is made, Borrower shall pay to Lender the Processing Fee with respect to such Advance.
Construction Fee A fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or to provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.
Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.
Construction Management Fee The Construction Management Fee for the Project shall be either a ☒Lump Sum or ☐Not-To-Exceed Fee of Fifty-One Thousand, Four Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($51,456.23). NOTE: Allowances will be on a Not-To-Exceed basis. All unused funds will be returned to the School District at the time of construction closeout. Processing Costs In addition to the Purchase Price, Buyer shall pay Processing Costs in the amount of $900.00, to be paid to Seller in cash or other readily available funds at closing. The Processing Costs are owed in addition to the Purchase Price and shall not be considered part of the Purchase Price.
Reservation Fee The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of Contract (room and board fees) and is due with Contract submission. The Reservation Fee is not a deposit. If the University is unable to accept Contract and provide a room due to space limitations, the Reservation Fee will be fully refunded.
Basic Services Fee 6.1.1 For Basic Services, as described in Article 1, and including all disciplines identified in Paragraph 15.1 as part of Basic Services, Architect/Engineer’s fee shall be a negotiated Basic Services Fee to cover all costs and profit.
Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.
License Fee The Licensee to shall make payment of the License Fee to Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to Licensee by Producer in the Beat are conditional upon Licensee’s timely payment of the License Fee. The License Fee is a one-time payment for the rights granted to Licensee and this Agreement is not valid until the License Fee has been paid.
Installation Charges (a) We will charge you installation Charges as stated (or indicated by) in your Contract.
