Alteration to Charter Documents. If the Issuer, shall without the previous consent in writing of the Debenture Trustee, make or attempt to make any alteration in the provisions of its Charter Documents which might in the opinion of the Debenture Trustee detrimentally affect the interests of the Debenture Holder(s) and shall upon demand by the Debenture Trustee refuse or neglect or be unable to rescind such alteration.
