Alteration to Deliverables or Contract Period. The Contract Price shall be fixed for the initial Contract Period and for the delivery of the Assigned Deliverables and non-assigned deliverables to the satisfaction of XXX. In the event of an amendment, removal or addition to an Assigned Deliverable, non-assigned deliverable or extension to the Contract Period both parties will enter into negotiation in good faith for the agreement of a revised Contract Price. No revision to the Specification or Form of Agreement will be binding until agreed in writing by both parties in the manner set out in Schedule 4.
