Alterations and Improvements - Treatment at End of Lease Clause Samples
The 'Alterations and Improvements - Treatment at End of Lease' clause defines how any changes or enhancements made to a leased property are handled when the lease term concludes. Typically, this clause specifies whether the tenant must remove alterations and restore the premises to its original condition, or if certain improvements must remain and become the property of the landlord. By clearly outlining these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent disputes over property condition at lease end and ensures both parties understand their obligations regarding modifications made during the tenancy.
