ALTERATIONS; ATTACHMENTS. No alterations or attachments shall be made to the Equipment without Lessor's prior written consent, which shall not be given for changes that will affect the reliability and utility of the Equipment or which cannot be removed without damage to the Equipment, or which in any way affect the value of the Equipment for purposes of resale or re-lease.

No alterations or attachments shall be made to the Equipment without Lessor's prior written consent, which shall not be given for changes that will affect the reliability and utility of the Equipment Equipment, or which cannot be removed without damage to the Equipment, Equipment or which in any way affect the value of the Equipment for purposes of resale or re-lease, unless the Lessee agrees in writing to bear the costs of restoration of the Equipment to the original condition. All alterations and attachments to the Equipment shall become part of the Equipment hereunder.
