ALTERATIONS TO LEASED PREMISE. The Lessee shall not alter the leased premise without the Lessor’s prior written consent. Lessor shall provide, at its expense, new carpeting, paint, move an existing wall 30 inches into the hallway, add a window in the three new offices and add an electrical outlet in each office. The construction, paint and new carpeting will be completed by October 30, 2021.

ALTERATIONS TO LEASED PREMISE. The Lessee shall not alter the leased premise without the Lessor’s prior written consent. Lessor shall provide, at its expense, window blinds, shades and treatments.

The Lessee shall not alter the leased premise without the Lessor’s prior written consent. Lessor shall provide, at its expense, window blinds, shades and treatments.
