Common use of Altering Senior Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Altering Senior Indebtedness. A holder of Senior Indebtedness has the right to extend, renew, modify or amend the terms of such Senior Indebtedness or any security therefor and to release, sell or exchange such security and otherwise to deal freely with the Guarantor or any other Person, all without notice to or consent of the Holders or the Security Trustee and without affecting the subordination herein, the liabilities and obligations of the parties to this Guarantee or the Holders or the Security Trustee.
