Common use of Alternate Agreement Clause in Contracts

Alternate Agreement. The Authority agrees that any alternate credit agreement will require, as a condition to the effectiveness of the alternate agreement, that the alternate agreement will provide funds to the extent necessary, in addition to other funds available on the effective date hereof, for the payment of all obligations due to the Bank hereunder or under the Transaction Documents at the applicable Bank Rate. The Authority shall not permit an alternate credit agreement to become effective with respect to less than all of the Notes without the prior written consent of the Bank.

Alternate Agreement.
