Common use of Alternate Base Rate Loans Clause in Contracts

Alternate Base Rate Loans. Each request by Borrower for an Alternate Base Rate Loan shall be made pursuant to a Request for Loan (or telephonic or other request for loan referred to in the second sentence of Section 2.1(b), if applicable) received by the Administrative Agent, at the Administrative Agent's Office, not later than 9:00 a.m., California time, on the Banking Day on which the requested Alternate Base Rate Loan is to be made. The Administrative Agent shall notify each Bank of a request for an Alternate Base Rate Loan as soon as practicable after receipt of the same. All Loans shall constitute Alternate Base Rate Loans unless properly designated as LIBOR Loans pursuant to Section 2.3.
