Alternate Billing to Third Numbers Sample Clauses

The 'Alternate Billing to Third Numbers' clause allows charges for services or goods to be billed to a party other than the primary contracting parties, typically a third party designated by one of them. In practice, this means that if a service is provided under the agreement, the invoice can be directed to a third party, such as a client or affiliate, rather than the original customer. This clause is particularly useful in arrangements where the beneficiary of the service is not the direct contracting party, ensuring flexibility in payment arrangements and streamlining billing processes for complex business relationships.
