Alternate Locations. Upon learning of the existence, ------------------- introduction or release of Hazardous Substances on Right of Way areas within which the System is or is intended to be located, XXX and SRP, to the extent available, shall use alternate contiguous areas within which the System may be relocated to avoid the contaminated areas.

Should the AAHP and a Student or Representative fail to mutually resolve any misunderstanding, confusion, or contentions given AAHP policy and this Agreement, the Student and/or Student Representative hereby agrees to inform AAHP Senior Staff promptly. The Student or Representative may send confidential information directly and in confidence to AAHP Chief Instructor X.X. Xxxx-Xxxxxx at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. If doing so, the Student and/or Student Representative hereby agree to also alert the Director of such a communication via a phone call at 000-000-0000, or via email, to xxx00@xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Alternate Locations. The Company may request an Employee report to duty at an alternate other than the Employer's home address, but the Employee must mutually agree to this arrangement. Alternate Locations. If an applicant is seeking to install a new wireless support structure as part of its application, the Township may propose that the small wireless facility be located on an existing utility pole or existing wireless support structure within 100 feet of the proposed location. The applicant shall accept the proposed alternate location so long as it has the right to use the location on reasonable terms and conditions, unless the alternate location imposes technical limits, acts as an effective prohibition under federal law, or additional unreasonable costs will be incurred as determined by the applicant. If the applicant refuses an alternate location based on the foregoing, the applicant shall provide legally competent evidence in the form of a written certification describing the property rights, technical limits or cost reasons that prevent the alternate location from being utilized.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • Prior Locations (a) Set forth in Schedule 3(a) is the information required by Schedule 2(a) or Schedule 2(b) with respect to each location or place of business previously maintained by any Company at any time during the past four months. (b) Set forth in Schedule 3(b) is the information required by Schedule 2(c) or Schedule 2(d) with respect to each other location at which, or other person or entity with which, any of the Collateral consisting of inventory or equipment has been previously held at any time during the past twelve months.

  • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda.
