Alternate Payment and Notice Provisions. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or any of the Exchange Notes to the contrary, the Borrower may enter into any agreement with any Exchange Noteholder providing for a method of payment, or notice by the Administrative Agent to such Exchange Noteholder, that is different from the methods provided for in this Agreement for such payments or notices. The Borrower will furnish to the Administrative Agent a copy of each such agreement and the Administrative Agent will cause payments to be made and notices to be given in accordance with such agreements.
