Common use of Alternate Provision Clause in Contracts

Alternate Provision. For employees of the Correctional Service Canada classified as WP who are employed in Community Correctional Centres and to those employed in higher security institutions in leisure, social, cultural or athletic activities, shifts shall not commence earlier than 0700 hours and end not later than 2300 hours.
