Alternate Xxxxx’s Death. If the Alternate Payee dies prior to distribution of his/her entire account balance, all remaining benefits shall be paid to the Alternate Payee’s beneficiary(ies). In the absence of a beneficiary form, the Alternate Payee’s benefits will be paid to her estate or will be distributed in accordance with the Plan’s terms.

Alternate Xxxxx’s Death. If the Alternate Payee dies prior to distribution his/her benefit commencement date, the Plan shall distribute the Alternate Payee’s assigned benefit to his/her beneficiary(ies) or, if the Plan does not permit such distribution, the assigned benefit shall revert to the Participant. If the Alternate Payee dies after commencement of his/her entire account balancebenefit, all the Plan will pay any remaining benefits shall be paid to the Alternate Payee’s beneficiary(ies).
