Alternative and Formal Dispute Resolution. a. If the parties to this Agreement are unable to complete any of the tasks outlined herein, or if either of the ICOs determines that the ICOs lack sufficient direction to proceed with any task, any ICO may refer the matter to the CEOs of the Parties.
