ALTERNATIVE ARBITRATION BY AGREEMENT. Notwithstanding the preceding provisions of this Article, it is recognized that in the event of any dispute or difference of opinion arising in regard to technical matters on the construction of the VESSEL, her machinery and equipment, or concerning the quality of materials or workmanship thereof or thereon, such dispute may be referred to the Classification Society upon mutual agreement of the parties hereto. In such case, the opinion of the Classification Society shall be final and binding on the parties hereto.
