Alternative Data Export Solution Clause Samples
Alternative Data Export Solution. The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Sections 9.33 and/or 9.44 may not apply if and to the extent that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of personal data (as recognized under the Data Protection Laws) from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, in which event, the parties shall reasonably cooperate to implement such solution.
Alternative Data Export Solution. The parties agree that the data export solutions identified in Section 13 may not apply if and to the extent that Ermetic adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of personal data (as recognized under the Data Protection Laws) from the EEA, Switzerland or UK, as applicable, in which event, Ermetic shall notify Customer of such alternative data export solution and it shall apply instead.
Alternative Data Export Solution. The parties agree that the data export solutions identified in this Section 4 will not apply if and to the extent that Customer adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under applicable Data Protection Laws), in which event, Customer shall reasonably cooperate with Verkada to implement such solution and such alternative data export solution will apply instead (but solely to the extent such alternative data export solution extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred under this Addendum).
Alternative Data Export Solution. The parties agree that the data export solution identified above may not apply if and to the extent that Allseated adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of personal data (as recognized under the Data Protection Legislation) outside of the EEA, UK or Switzerland, in which event, AllSeated shall notify Customer of such alternative data export solution and it shall apply instead. Customer shall reasonably cooperate with Allseated to implement such solution.
