Alternative Delivery Courses. (a) An alternative delivery course designates any course where instructors and students for some or all of the instruction are not in the same physical space. (b) No Member will be assigned to develop or teach an alternative delivery course without the prior written agreement with the Member. (c) In the event that a Member agrees to develop and/or teach an alternative delivery course, he/she will receive appropriate professional development and technical support assistance. (d) During the Fall and Winter terms, the teaching of an alternative delivery course with a minimum of fifteen (15) students will be counted toward a Member’s workload. In other circumstances, alternative delivery courses are taught on an overload basis, and the Member will receive the appropriate stipend.
