Common use of Alternative Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Alternative Enforcement. As an alternative to cancellation of this Agreement for breach of any condition or covenant, the COUNTY or any landowner may bring any action in court necessary to enforce the Agreement including, but not limited to, an action to enforce the Agreement by specific performance or injunction.
