None of the Borrowers, Feeder Funds or Blockers shall either (i) transfer the Unfunded Capital Commitments of one or more Investors in the applicable Fund Group to any Alternative Investment Vehicle or Parallel Investment Vehicle, or (ii) cause Capital Contributions to be made to an Alternative Investment Vehicle or Parallel Investment Vehicle, in either case, unless such Alternative Investment Vehicle or Parallel Investment Vehicle has joined the Credit Facility as a Borrower in the applicable Fund Group in accordance with Section 6.4.
