HIO and each Participant shall comply with the standards for the privacy and security of patient health information, including without limitation protected health information described in HIPAA and medical information described in the CMIA, as provided in the Policies and Procedures [Optional: and/or an Other HIO’s Policies and Procedures], which is incorporated herein by reference.
