Common use of Alternative Payment Clause in Contracts

Alternative Payment. Arrangements If, at any time, it shall become impracticable (by reason of any action of any governmental authority or any change in law, exchange control regulations or any similar event) for the Borrower to make any payments hereunder in the manner specified in Clause 25.1 (Payments to the Bank), then the Borrower may agree with the Bank's alternative arrangements for the payment direct to the Bank of amounts due to the Bank hereunder provided that, in the absence of any such agreement with the Bank, the Borrower shall be obliged to make all payments due to the Bank in the manner specified herein.

Alternative Payment. Arrangements If, at any time, it shall become impracticable (by reason of any action of any governmental authority or any change in law, exchange control regulations or any similar event) for the Borrower Borrowers to make any payments hereunder under this Agreement in the manner specified in Clause 25.1 19.1 (Payments to the BankFacility Agent), then the Borrower Borrowers may agree with each or any of the Bank's Banks alternative arrangements for the payment direct to the such Bank of amounts due to the such Bank hereunder provided under this Agreement Provided that, in the absence of any such agreement with the any Bank, the Borrower Borrowers shall be obliged to make all payments due to the such Bank in the manner specified hereinin this Agreement. Upon reaching such agreement the Borrowers and such Bank shall immediately notify the Facility Agent of such agreement and shall thereafter promptly notify the Facility Agent of all payments made direct to such Bank.

Upon reaching such agreement the Borrower and such Bank shall immediately notify the Agent thereof and shall thereafter promptly notify the Agent of all payments made direct to such Bank.

Upon reaching such agreement such Obligor and such Bank shall immediately notify the Agent thereof and shall thereafter promptly notify the Agent of all payments made direct to such Bank.

Upon reaching such agreement such Obligor and such Bank shall immediately notify the appropriate Agent thereof and shall thereafter promptly notify such Agent of all payments made direct to such Bank.
