Alternative Procedures for Requesting Transmission Service. (a) If a Transmission Owner determines that the provision of Transmission Service to be provided under the ISO OATT would jeopardize the tax-exempt status of any Local Furnishing Bonds, the Transmission Owner shall advise the ISO within thirty (30) days of receipt of a Completed Application by an Customer requesting such service, or the date on which the ISO OATT becomes effective.
