Alternative Sales Agents. EQR agrees that any offer to sell, any solicitation of an offer to buy, or any sales of Program Shares or any other equity security of EQR shall only be effected by or through only one of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx or the Alternative Sales Agents on any single given day, but in no event by more than one, and EQR shall in no event request that Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and any other Alternative Sales Agent sell Program Shares on the same day.
