Alternative service of process agent. If any person appointed as process agent under clause 20.4 is unable for any reason to so act, the party who appointed them must immediately (and in any event within 10 Business Days of the event taking place) appoint another agent. Failing this, any other party may appoint another process agent for this purpose.
