Common use of Alternative Service of Process or Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Alternative Service of Process or Jurisdiction. Nothing in this Deed shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by Governmental Rule or the right to bring Proceedings in any other jurisdiction (other than Hong Kong) for the purposes of the enforcement or execution of any judgment or other settlement in any other courts.
