ALTERNATIVE SHIFT SCHEDULE Clause Samples
The Alternative Shift Schedule clause establishes the terms under which work shifts may be arranged differently from the standard or default schedule. It typically outlines the conditions for implementing non-traditional hours, such as evening, weekend, or rotating shifts, and may specify how employees are notified or compensated for these changes. This clause is designed to provide flexibility in workforce management, allowing employers to adapt to operational needs while ensuring employees are aware of and agree to alternative working arrangements.
