Common use of Alternative Tenders Clause in Contracts

Alternative Tenders. (ITT 13.1) An alternative if permitted under ITT 13.1, will be evaluated as follows: [insert one of the following] “A Tenderer may submit an alternative Tender only with a Tender for the base case. The Procuring Entity shall only consider the alternative Tenders offered by the Tenderer whose Tender for the base case was determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender.” or “A Tenderer may submit an alternative Tender with or without a Tender for the base case. The Procuring Entity shall consider Tenders offered for alternatives as specified in the Technical Specifications of Section V, Schedule of Requirements.
