Alternatives and Engineering Evaluation. Various alternatives will be identified and scoped through suggestions and input from the Corps, the Authority and its member agencies, the public and other stakeholders. The Corps, with input from the staff of the Authority and its member agencies, will evaluate the feasibility of the alternatives with regards to engineering, costs, environmental impacts and other aspects important to the community.
