Amalgamation and Merger. 22.01 In the event that the Employer should merge, amalgamate or combine any of its operations or functions with another organization, the Employer will use its best efforts to ensure retention of all seniority and benefits currently enjoyed by its employees with the successor Employer. The Employer agrees to include the Union in all discussions pertaining to the retention of seniority and benefits of the Union’s members.
