AMDOCS OWNED MATERIALS. Subject to payment of any Termination Charges due upon termination, with respect to those Materials owned by Amdocs or Amdocs Affiliates and used by them to provide the Services (with the exception of the Amdocs Software Package which is licensed to SBC by Amdocs pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in SCHEDULE X), Amdocs unless otherwise agreed in advance by SBC in accordance with Section 6.4(c), [**]: RESTRICTED - PROPRIETARY INFORMATION The information contained herein is for use by authorized employees of SBC, Amdocs, and their Affiliated Companies, only, and is not for general distribution within those companies or for distribution outside those companies except by written agreement.
