Common use of Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation Clause in Contracts

Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation. The Company shall not take any action or omit to take any action that would cause the Company to be in material breach or violation of its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation. Except as provided in Section 3.29, prior to the consummation of a Business Combination, the Company will not amend its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, without the prior written consent of the Representative.
