Common use of Amended and Restated Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Amended and Restated Mortgage. The Existing Mortgage is amended and restated in full hereby in order to, among other things, secure all of the Indebtedness herein described or referred to as if reference to such Indebtedness were fully described in the Existing Mortgage. None of the rights, titles, and interests, existing or to exist under the Existing Mortgage are hereby released, diminished or impaired.
