Amended and Restated Plan of Arrangement. As a result of the amendments set out in Section 2 above, the Plan of Arrangement attached as Schedule A to the Original Agreement shall be amended and restated in the form attached as Schedule “C” to this Amending Agreement.
Amended and Restated Plan of Arrangement. The Parties hereby agree to replace the Plan of Arrangement in its entirety by the amended and restated Plan of Arrangement attached hereto as Schedule A.
