Common use of Amended Certificate Clause in Contracts

Amended Certificate. In the event this Agreement shall be amended pursuant to this Article, the General Partner shall amend the Certificate of Limited Partnership to reflect such change if it deems such amendment of the Certificate to be necessary or appropriate. Any such amendment shall be filed in the Office of the California Secretary of State and recorded with the appropriate county Recorder of Deeds if required by law.
