Amended Credit Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the terms and provisions of the Amended Credit Agreement and the terms and provisions of this Agreement, or with respect to any payment provisions which could be construed as requiring duplicative payments, the terms and provisions of the Amended Credit Agreement shall control. Nothing herein shall require the Grantor to make a duplicate payment if the payment is otherwise provided for in any other Loan Document.
