AMENDED EXHIBIT A. Exhibit A to the Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by removing T. Rowe Price Growth & Income Fund, Inc.; by removing T. Rowe Price Institutional Cash Reserves Fund as a Mutual Fund – Series of the T. Rowe Price Institutional Income Funds, Inc.; by removing T. Rowe Price Short-Term Government Fund as a Mutual Fund – Series of the T. Rowe Price Reserve Investment Funds, Inc.; by removing T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Money Fund and T. Rowe Price New York Tax-Free Money Fund, each as a Mutual Fund – Series of the T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price New America Growth Portfolio, a Mutual Fund – Series of the T. Rowe Price Equity Series, Inc. to T. Rowe Price All-Cap Opportunities Portfolio; and by changing the name of T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund, Inc., to T. Rowe Price All-Cap Opportunities Fund, Inc.
