AMENDED JUDGMENT. Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure section 384, the Parties shall amend the Final Judgment to direct the Settlement Administrator to pay the sum of any uncashed checks, plus any interest accrued thereon, to the Cy Pres Beneficiary.
