Amended Land Concession. (a) The Agent has received a true, complete and correct copy of the Amended Land Concession in effect or required to be in effect as of the date of this representation is made (including all exhibits, schedules, disclosure letters, modifications and amendments referred to therein or delivered or made pursuant thereto, if any).
