Common use of Amended Maturity Clause in Contracts

Amended Maturity. Should the Company not pay to the Holder the Principal and Interest on or before the Maturity Date, the Maturity Date shall be automatically modified to five (5) years after the Issuance Date. The automatic modification shall not trigger a default.
